I have a problem with DesMuMe, my problem is that when you open it, it works perfectly but it goes soooooooo sloooooow.
Is there a problem?
Should I download it again?

Desmume is a slow emulator if you don't have a good computer.
You can change some options to make it faster, but you still need a good computer.

For example go to emulation settings and disable "advanced bus-level timing".

You can also make it go faster, but it will skip some frames then. (That's why No$GBA is so fast)
Go to Config ---> Frame Skip ---> Set the value to some number from 2 up to 4. (I guess No$GBA is arround 4 or something)

I think no$gba automatically adjusts frameskip so the game runs at normal speed. For example on a good computer it runs with very low frameskip but on my crappy netbook it runs at like 1 FPS...

Still, desmume with frameskip is not as fast as no$gba.

There's also these desmume JIT builds, these increase speed quite a lot.
