Revision: later builds.
I've a look inside obj folder and try to open nokonoko256.ncl, which is a Koopa Troopa file. In older builds I remembered opening them finely. But now I can't open the .ncl, I'll get an error as shown below. Dunno why, or I'm mistaken - they cannot be opened at the beginning?

Some other .ncl s send me errors too when I try to open them ( Like sample_256.ncl, 1P_course_select_o_ud.ncl ) but I don't sure if they got the same errors as above, so I just leave them first. (I don't want to make seperate thread for each .ncl)

Edit:  Dirbaio, this isn't the one for Help/Question thread, just another one.

That's because these palettes aren't compresed.
If you LZ compress them, you can open them. And remember to decompress them when you're done..

Yes, I should make the editor try to autodetect compression

you can also program that the editor in the opening it compress and when you close it, it automatic decompress it!

I guess he means that when you open the editor, the palette should be compressed.
By closing it, it should be decompressed automatically by the editor again.
