Do you have seen this screen in NSMB before?

Yes, I've seen it. And I hate it because it means that my ASM hacks crash
It does give some information about why it crashed, for example which class ID caused it to crash.

(only in some cases. For example in the one you posted, it doesn't show a class ID. If there's a class ID it says "ProfName: XX")

Also there are more ways to crash the game
For example, pulling the game card out. Then it says "Game card is pulled out".

Lots of stuff in the game code can cause the debug screen, and sometimes it's done on purpose. For example there are functions like "LoadFileOrPanic". It tries to load a file and if it fails, it calls OS_Panic, which causes the debug screen to appear.

I think He means that a troll could have ejected the game card out.

You can't "do" stuff. It's just a screen that displays some information when NSMB crashes (freezes)

It is not a debug menu like this threads title says. Just a debug screen.
