So, yea, this sprite was marked in the DB as doing nothing.
I have checked the game's code, and it looks like it's an activator-related sprite. It's flag table is between sprites 167 and 164, which are both activator-related, and there are more activator-related sprites around. So, this one is probably activator-related too. Could someone test it out and figure out what it does exactly? |

I doubt that Nintendo left that many sprites unused that seems like nothing. Yeah, pretty much any "Nothing" sprite that doesn't have Class ID 325 could be *something*. The thing is that to see *what* these do, I have to look at the code, it's mindfuck, and I don't know much about how sprites work (I haven't looked at "normal" sprites either... I've looked at the others and haven't seen anything interesting. Sprite 101's code is next to other activator sprites so it's pretty obvious it has to be activator-related, but others don't have such "clues" |
