Download and install the latest .NET Framework (4.0) and see if that fixes it.
Also, is it me or you... shot your monitor with a fucking camera? Did you know you can just hit the Printscreen key and then paste the result in something like MSPaint and crop it? Or you press Alt + Print. That way you make a screenshot of the current focused Window.

I think you need .NET Framework 3.5 to use NSMBe.
