My problem is, I cant run simple Java apps like Tile Molester. If I want to run it, a "Java Oracle 7" window appears where its loading and then it says "Unable to run application"

Is there any more information? What if you run it from cmd using "java -jar (JarFileHere)" or "javaw -jar (JarFileHere)?" (If java/javaw is not found, then put the direct path to java or javaw which can be found in the Java installation directory.)
Have you tried reinstalling Java? |

Is it failing to run .jar Java apps or .exe Java apps when you double-click them?
If .jar: Right-click -> Properties And change the default application to Java |
