I was also thinking of the list while I was making this thread, but I haven't sure if it's needed or not...  Based on your post, it means that there aren't any list about that yet? Edit: How about making this thread as it? Just rename the title then it is!

But I am kinda lazy, so I won't write all the filenames here. But once someone did that, I will help filling the slots.

Or you could use an external site so everybody can modify the list.

Uhmm you can make everyone that has a Google account and has access to modify the document, and let the document be viewed by anyone on the web.

Just set up a Google Doc and I will be happy.
I think it is the best place to make such a list. Once finished, we can also paste the list here.

I think this thread shall serve as a notice board too. When someone has filled a list, he/she posts the notice here.
Edit: Look at the main post! Instruction announced! (Although you don't have to practise them seriously) Edit2: Now they're in BOLD. (That will help in organisation)
