TheTicklishYoshi, but was revived by Thierry and

mrrikihino after

TheTicklishYoshi mysteriously disappeared from the New Super Mario Bros. Hacking Domain.

Currently, the hack has been on hold again for a long time. The project is considered cancelled unless it gets revived again at some point.
