Okay, the next contest will be either a Mushroom type level, or the "Castle on the Hill" level we talked about a while ago.
I have been working on a tileset that I want used for the castle contest. Basically, that contest would be a level with 2 areas. 1 area uses my tileset, and the other area uses the inside-the-castle tileset thats in the rom. Here's a preview of the tileset It has all of the tiles that come with the grassland tileset, but has a bunch of exterior custom castle tiles. So go ahead and vote here which one you'd rather do first. The contest after next will be whichever one you didnt vote this time |

@everyone except CoolAs Y U NO TAKE PART? Anyway, I don't think critiques are useful here as one of us would just wait until the other has done critiques, meaning that the other guy would just give him less points just to win. Perhaps a poll?? Or maybe if other people critique our levels and give us the points. Or we just critique on each other's levels anyway and not bother giving points. Alright, well, this is the last contest I'm going to run for a while. You guys keeps saying you'll do them, and then no one does.
If someone else wants to run a contest, fine, go ahead. Make up your own rules or whatever. Have fun with it. |
