Suggestion: I want to be able to move/resize the views/zones without having to click on the name before. Usually you can click whereever you want in the view/zone and it gets selected. Its annyoing to click on the name And the SHIFT+CLICK resizing thing is also missing. Same for objects. Please implement that!

And: I know we shouldn't post bugs about revisions above r234 but this is a Suggestion

I don't get why we should revert it to the old way? Was it better in some sense?

Yes it was For me its annoying to click on the name. I rly liked the old way. Its faster. Of course when making big levels its a pain in the a** to resize the objects always with the points at the edges.

Yes, but allowing to select the view by clicking anywhere would require to add back edition modes (the buttons at the top that say what kind of objects to select)

The whole point of reworking all the edition was to remove edition modes.
So, hm, you get what I mean

Yes... but...
Can you add a feature so you can click on the borders of the zone/view to select it?
And what has SHIFT+Click-resizing to do with edition modes? Please add it again

That'd probably interfere with normal editing. And one wouldn't be able to select a view if the bo terders are out of screen. Unless it can be selected also by the text. Oh, what a mess...

Maybe. I dunno.
Will look at it.

I am really fine with the View/Zone resizing. But Shift+Click resize for normal blocks should come back!

I agree, it is a lot harder to select the views or zones from the menu instead of the map screen. The resizing for tiles is helpful too.

This is kind of why I wanted customizable key shortcuts, but that will take a while to implement.
So for now, I give this suggestion a

Wait, do you know you can select views by clicking their text on the top left?

Yes, but it was a lot easier doing this on the map screen. Especially when in window mode. I use window most of the time so that I can see other windows, Photoshop, etc. at the same time. When doing this, you can only see one view/zone at a time.

Also, the zoom in map 16 would be a big add on, if it can be done easily. I have had a tough time the last week because I have been cleaning up my map 16 images. I have to take a screenshot, enlarge the image, import to Photoshop, and then try and compare.
