Not insta banned, yes skow is making Newer DS, but nobody "owns" the title "Newer Super Mario Bros".

Well, it IS unoriginal if you use a name that is already taken. Especially if you use Newer because it is well known.
Also we cannot see very much content here yet. There is one screen, which shows corrupted bottom screen palettes and a level with very flat design. Using the name "Newer" is just a cheap way of piggybacking off of the popularity of another popular game. As for this game, I can't really say anything based off of just this picture. Surely if your hack has all these things ♪♫♩♬ |

We now have six 'Newer' hacks on the board, along with three 'Newer' hacks that have already been trashed. Only one of these hacks is an actual 'Newer' game. I'm calling an end to this shit, in the same way our NSMBHD forefathers banned "New Super Mario Bros. [insert number here]" hacks. I'll let this one pass, but from now on, unless you're on the Newer Team, 'Newer' hacks will be trashed. No exceptions. Do something original and come up with a real title. You have to release a 1-World Demo first, and then it will be assessed by the community. If it's good, it'll be moved to NSMB Hacks.
