arceus you mean to extract the title_screen_logo image or title_screen_pallete? and then when i extract it what i have to do it?

You have to export the title_screen_logo image or whatever it is called and edit it with Paint.NET, Gimp, Photoshop, Paint, whatever. Then you have to follow the instructions of the titlescreen editor.

UI_O_menu_title_logo_o_u_ncg.bin this is the file i must export? and what i must to export export all bitmaps with all palletes or export this bitmap and what bitmap if it is only one?

Nah, you can't just put the title_screen_logo bitmap in the Ts editor, it'd not be in the right format.
 Here, just edit this, then put it in the logo editor thing, ect. |

when im finish my editing the title screen is fine but in the whole empty uncolored place is purple! is this a problem? if yes how can i fix that?

Just put transparency all over the purple and you'll be fine.
EDIT: Don't tell me you're editing you images with paint... |

Yeahh.. it's a very good program, but I doubt you'd be skilled enough to use it.
But once you're used to it, it's very useful. And I just can't compare Gimp to Paint. Gimp is way better. |
