You can hop on Saturn Yoshi to get all the abilitys of yoshi, but with a extra boing in his jump and zoom in his step

Mine is what the opposite of power up would be.

Since I don't have a minipic, let me just go with my 'rank' instead…
It would turn Mario into an Axew and make him able to hit enemies hard with physical attacks, but it would also make him sorta slow and fragile. Subsequent powerups would turn him into Fraxure and Haxorus. |
