Like the title says, the l_enemy_W_ncl.bin palette is broken. In the older revisions I could open them, but now there's allways a error! Please fix that! I need it!

It can be opened perfectly, so you just had some weird corruption
 Changing this to Fixed status. Please think a bit before reporting bugs
