1920 GB of RAM?!
Really, do you have nearly two terabytes of RAM!? OMFG. That's more than all the HDD space I have.

BUT. You have an Intel Atom!? Then forget it. It won't play stuff properly. You need A LOT OF POWER to run Dolphin. I haven't had any computer that can run it.
Is your computer a netbook or something? I have an HP Mini netbook with an Intel Atom and it can't even play no$gba at decent speeds...

Sounds like some shitty graphics card that would yield terrible 3D performance, if it supports 3D acceleration at all.

So no.

Still not emough I'm afraid. I'm serious, you need a reaally powerful thing to run Dolphin.
Let me refer you to Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dolphin_%28emulator%29#System_requirements

Celeron is known to be a non-high-end CPU, and that GPU will really kill performance too.
I have a Celeron B820 with its integrated CPU and it only runs about 30-40 FPS on NSMBWii >.< (I even compiled it on my system)

My system can just about run Dolphin at full speed with some games.

I've got the following specs:
  • CPU: Intel Core i7-2600K @ 3.4GHz (quad-core)
  • RAM: 8GB dual-channel 1333MHz
  • Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560

My computer is ~ with Nina's, and I can run most games at 100% speed with Wii's default resolution and stuff, and sometimes I can bump up the graphics to render at 1080p and still have 60fps.

Specs:

• CPU: Intel Core i5-2500k @ 3.9ghz (OC) (quad core, quad thread)
• RAM: 16GB quad-channel 1600MHz
• Graphics: ATI 5850
