 Piranhaplant I helped program NSMBe, so I would say yes.
 Piranhaplant Open a ROM, go to the file browser tab, navigate to root/obj/I_nokonoko256_ncg.bin and double click it to open it. Then go back of the file browser and double click /obj/I_enemy_B_ncl.bin to open it, then click Add All on the window that opens.
 Piranhaplant You should then be able to see the koopa graphics. You can edit them there or use the various import/export functionality to create new graphcis.
 Piranhaplant Just make a forum post listing exactly what you are doing and the error you get and somebody will help you.
 Piranhaplant You made a post, but you never said what you tried doing or what was causing you problems...
 MPG No.
8JeDaYoshi8 No.
Wesley Can you be more specific?
8JeDaYoshi8 See my bio
Thierry You should ask at RVlution or Kuribo64, or even here, but make your question public (post a thread or something) so you will get more answers are useful ones.

Well, what more could you want to know? Perhaps how to do the classic infinite loop?
while(true){
    printf("Hello World!");
}
