Warp entrances don't need a view setting to work. However, you have to put the exit entrance to the view you want

After learning what those are, I can tell you value 1 is the speed and value 3 is the acceleration
W5-Tower probably has different speeds at different parts of the level, that's why it has a lot of nodes
Usually, the speed is around 1700-1800 and the acceleration is 16. But you can put the number you want I think
