Hey there! Some people might remember me as Tob from back in the day (I lost my log-in information unfortunately). I've recently found an old NSMBDS rom on my computer that I apperantly began working on a year ago. I've picked it back up now and some progress is happening! I don't have any big ideas or even a title for this yet, but I figured making a thread to keep track of progress would still be a good idea.

Something I want to have consistent throughout the entire hack is slight modifications of the original games assets, most notably in the tilesets. You can surely spot some differences in the screenshots below.

As progress on this continues I will try keeping this thread updated with any new post. I may even come up with a name at some point or maybe won't ever work on it again after posting this thread, who knows!

I finished 1-4 earlier today and also uploaded a video of it. Feel free to take a look!
I'll be doing the final tweaks to this in the coming days but overall I am pretty happy with how this one turned out.
