Anyway, I'm here to tell you guys about my ban. I know banned users aren't allowed to make a new account, but I didn't have much choice. Some people wanted to know why I was banned, and since I'm banned, only StapleButter can tell you the reason. But that isn't fair, since there's two sides of the story. You would get a situation like this. Staple once made a thread that justified  ray's ban, but we don't know if all he said was actually true. Because ray had already been banned, he didn't have the opportunity to tell his side of the story, and therefor, Staple could just exaggerate things or even making stuff up if he had wanted to.. (According to  Freeze, that is in fact the exact thing he did).

But let's talk about my ban.

MY BAN
The following screenshot is a exchange of a few PMs between me and StapleButter.


This is basically why me and  Kankerkoekjesdief are banned. This CSS code makes that posts from  themasterkoopa and Stellaris become lower-cased. I admit it was childish from me (and Kanker) to do this, but note that I didn't get a warning or something before Staple banned me. I've been here at this forum for over 5 years and now I got (probably permanent) banned only because of these lines of code? You can do much worse things to other peoples' posts by using CSS. You could even rewrite whole posts if you'd want to. What Kanker and I did is almost unnoticeable and it only happens on pages that contain a post from themasterkoopa or PixelFox and a post from me or Kanker (since the code is in our post layouts). Now, if you're a new user and the only thing you do is trying to be funny by affecting other peoples' post layouts, then yeah, such a person should be banned. But this is a total different situation. I've been here since 2011 and it's not like doing bad things towards other users is the only thing I do when spending my time at NSMBHD, like, at all.

Like I said earlier, I only made their posts lower-cased, and I didn't even get a warning or something. NSMBHD claims to use a three-strike system. But I've never had a first strike/warning. It started to make all sense when I saw this screenshot, containing a PM exchange of Kanker and StapleButter:


See this? It turns out there's no obligation for admins to follow their rules. When a admin says this to you, you really start thinking: why the hell is there even a FAQ then? This is just power abuse. It's bullshit and really unfair.

About the rest of the screenshot: It was about an event that happend a few months ago. I wanted to change my username colour, but the admins said I wasn't allowed to do that. I viewed the Online Users page and then saw Staple was, as reaction, making threads with names like "pics of kingyoshi wearing panties" in the admins-only forum. And for seeing that, I was "spying the online users page". Well, I don't have to go that much into detail about that event. That conflict has already been solved a while ago. Anyhow, this is one of the only things I could think of where one of the first two warnings would might be from. But I didn't get a warning for this. I have never had one. It also would have been kinda weird if I had gotten one for this, since Staple's reaction also wasn't that mature.

OTHER PEOPLE
Anyway, it's not just me who has been banned for the smallest thing ever. Staple hasn't always been this extreme at banning people. I mean, xKitten and  MoonlightCapital were banned because xKitten was irritated by the stupidness of Super-toad 65. This happened a month ago. 1½ year ago, a quite similar thing happened between  MeroMero and  snake block, when MeroMero was irritated by the stupidness of Hamza. I'm not saying I think MeroMero and Hamza should've been banned (nor I think xKitten had to be banned); I'm just meaning here that if Staple had had the same mindset back then as he has now, he would've banned them too. Staple nowadays (perma)bans people for the smallest reasons. A weekban for xKitten and Super-toad 65 would've been way long enough, but they've been banned for almost a whole month, and it doesn't seem like they'll be unbanned soon.

Another good example of how quickly he bans members is ShyGuy64. He has been here for, like, 10 days(?) and he's already been banned for "being too dumb". Sorry if I'm missing any retarded profile comment/PM stuff here, but I only see some posts of him in Google Translate-ish English that are a bit dumb. Come on, we've seen much worse things here, like themasterkoopa (he wasn't just dumb but he also spammed and bumped a lot) and hamza in former times.

RVLUTION
I think Staple's behaviour has something to do with the fact that he has been banned from Rvlution a while ago for overreacting after someone deleted a staff-discussion thread. After that, he went on hijacking innocent Rvlution users' accounts, like sleepy and SmithJrBlaquaLuigi (I actually find it quite funny how Staple calls me not-mature in that PM he sent me).

Seriously, if Staple would treat himself the same as the rest of the board, he would've banned himself a long, long time ago. It's just sad how he's only here on this board because he loves his power (and to abuse it). That's it. He doesn't care about the board, nor NSMB Hacking. Many people have said this before, so it should have some truth in it. Furthermore, he's hypocrite as hell, since he does the same things.. no, even worse things than the people he bans on NSMBHD.


Feel free to give your opinion about my ban and/or Staple's behaviour. Do you think it is fair that admins appearently don't need to follow the FAQ? Do you think it's fair Staple bans people for being dumb, while he is hijacking members' accounts on Rvlution?
